COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
The most important thing to us is your satisfaction. Therefore, the right of return is 14 days. If you have any problems with the product or the delivery, simply contact us by phone or email, and we will be happy to help you solve your problem.
Important! If you suspect that the goods have suffered damage during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of their delivery, to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching pictures of both the package and the damaged product.
PROCEDURE FOR THE RETURN OF GOODS
Did your order not meet your expectations? Don't worry, you can return the goods to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. It is enough to send them back in the original packaging intact and undamaged, together with a ticket with the following details in it: Full name, telephone number, IBAN, Name of the account holder
The amount paid will be returned to your bank account.
The amount equivalent to the payment of the products will be returned to the account specified by you within a maximum of 14 working days from the moment when we come into possession of the return information or the goods.
